Founded in 2018 by Natasha Silveira, we’ve built a reputation for delivering thoughtful, strategic HR and Payroll support backed by two specialist client-facing divisions and a trusted internal team. With a strong track record of success, we’ve partnered with hundreds of businesses to streamline their HR and Payroll operations and set them up for long-term success.

Scott joined VeiraMal in 2025 as General Manager to oversee our two growing client facing teams; People Operations (Payroll, Analytics, Systems) and HR Advisory as well as our internal Marketing and Administration teams with a focus on client engagement and strategic growth. 

Scott has a passion for enabling growth at both the individual and organisational level which was seen in his previous roles where Scott held a number of HR leadership positions across a breadth of industries including Banking & Finance, Legal, Research & Development, and Not for Profit which saw him working across regions including UK, Europe, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

With a proven track record in designing and driving large-scale HR projects to build capability and operating model efficiencies for organisations, Scott is passionate about ensuring the clients of VeiraMal receive a best-in-class service and delivery.
