As VeiraMal Consulting’s Founder and Managing Director, Natasha takes an innovative and fresh approach to business ensuring VeiraMal Consulting is always current, relevant, and leading the way in the people and culture landscape.
Natasha began her career working for UGL Limited followed by Mondelez International. Building on those foundations, Tash then worked across multiple industries both nationally and globally.
During this time, her responsibilities ranged from managing large teams and projects to implementing BPO models and helping businesses with HR Transformation. And today, as a result of all that experience, her clients know that ‘reaching out to Tash and the team′ is the best way to transform HR operations whether it be offshoring, setting up shared services, HRIS implementation, analytics and recruitment. They do this by strategically partnering with their clients to ensure they receive the best consulting service and advice. After completing her Masters in HR Management from the Royal
Melbourne Institute of Technology, Tash launched VeiraMal Consulting in 2018. She started her HR blog called Tash Talks that discusses topics like diversity and inclusion, creating positive work cultures and the importance of HR analytics to name a few. Her dream now is to continue to grow VeiraMal Consulting, firmly establishing it as the ‘go to’ brand. Tash also actively looks for opportunities to up-skill the team.
In her spare time, she loves to travel the globe with her go to destination always leading back home to Dubai where she was born and raised before moving to Australia. The companies Natasha has worked with include:

Having recently graduated from Deakin University with a Master of Business Analytics, Saurav has assisted a whole range of our clients getting their analytics up and running.
He excels in predictive analytics and has also stepped into HR Management where he has assisted the team with process mapping, creating standard operating procedures, recruitment activities and automating processes where possible.
Sanna is a recent graduate from The University of Melbourne having completed a Master of Management. She’s unstoppable, regularly going the extra mile for her clients making the recruitment process as quick and seamless as possible.
She also provides clients with basic HR advice developing her knowledge of the FairWork landscape. She’s driven by the integrity and teamwork and is happiest when she’s learning and expanding her skills.
Ashutosh is currently enrolled at the University of Melbourne, pursuing his Master of Management (Marketing). He is reliable, trustworthy, and showcases an unparalleled willingness to learn.
He ensures that VeiraMal is constantly active and engaging on social media, looking for new ways to increase brand awareness and interactions. He is also involved in various facets of marketing and is constantly seen multi-tasking between different projects.
